Silent Study Desk Booking Conditions

You can book up to six hours per day, up to 2 weeks in advance.

• You can have up to 20 hours in any 2 week period.
• You can book a silent study desk for immediate use if there is no prior booking at that time.
• Please report any faults in the furniture and equipment at the Help desk.
• Please remember to take your belongings and dispose of any rubbish at the end of your session.
• Please leave promptly at the end of your booked slot.
• Please save your work regularly. We reserve the right to log off a PC and remove any belongings ready for the next booking.
